He has practiced law across its various fields; his work has included pleading before courts and judicial and quasi-judicial committees at their various levels, providing legal consultations, and preparing and drafting contracts for a variety of projects.

He founded Sbr law firm and manages it as Managing Partner. It is a Saudi professional limited liability company that provides its services to individuals and companies in legal practice, consultations, contracts, dispute resolution, and corporate governance.

Sbr draws its name from the concept of “al-sabr” in the principles of jurisprudence, and takes research, scrutiny, and the testing of opinion as the basis of its legal practice.

The firm's approach combines Sharia and regulatory grounding with practical experience. It begins with understanding the subject of the work, the client's objectives, and the surrounding circumstances, then verifying the facts and documents, identifying the material issues, examining the evidence, and discussing the lines of reasoning, in order to build a reasoned opinion that sets out the options and the consequences and risks associated with them.

This approach extends to implementation, by defining procedures and responsibilities, reviewing outputs, and following developments and any adjustment to the opinion or course of work they may call for. The firm also benefits from modern technologies in research, knowledge management, and follow-up, in support of the quality and efficiency of its work.

“Al-sabr is a method before it is a name”
